I have been taking this supplement for several months now and I believe its been doing something good to my body. At the age of 72, I have more energy than before I started taking this Glutathione supplement. My immune system I believe is also a lot stronger now too, the last flu season went by me not getting affected by it which is a good thing. There might be other things that might have improved in my body which I may not have noticed, but this two things alone that I know is enough for me to continue taking this Glutathione supplement.
